Orders will be processed after payment confirmation is successfully received.
2.2. Cash Payment
Customers may pay in cash in the following cases:
- Direct purchases at our office/store
- Cash on Delivery (COD) for selected delivery areas
Invoices or related documents will be provided by our staff or delivery representative upon payment.
2.3. Contract-Based Payment
For corporate customers or project-based orders, payment terms shall be implemented according to the agreements specified in the signed contract or confirmed quotation.
